Received a call from someone claiming they were O2, offering to send a replacement SIM as I was supposedly having problems with mine.

Got a call from this number claiming to be from EE, saying they want to send a new SIM card. They said by swapping the SIM, they'd get access to all my phone info and one-time passwords. Definitely a scam. I blocked them straight away and reported it through the NCSC UK. Be careful!
