Today, I received a rather dodgy phone call from a chap with a thick foreign accent, claiming to be from HMRC! Honestly, his English was pretty dire; I could barely grasp one word in three. So, I’m not buying for a second that he’s genuinely with HMRC. He started rambling on about tax fraud, but I had the good sense to cut the conversation short. If anyone's up to no good, it’s definitely him!
