Got a call from Cora Health about an ultrasound appointment for the NHS. Bit unexpected but seems legit. Just waiting to see how it goes now.

You probably had a scan or some imaging tests arranged by your doctor, and this number is for Healthshare Diagnostics. They handle MRI, Ultrasound and various other imaging appointments, so they’d be the folks carrying out those tests for you.

A woman called me.

It’s not some dodgy call, it’s actually NHS Healthshare sorting out urgent care scans like MRI and Ultrasounds. I got my appointment through my GP, then this company sent me a text with the details. The number 0203818777 is legit and what you use if you want to change or cancel your slot. Everything genuine here.

My GP arranged an ultrasound for me, and then I got a message from a number saying ‘Healthshare’ - never heard of it, so I was a bit suspicious. I called my doctor's office to double-check if they actually use Healthshare and if texting like that is normal. They said yep, it’s all genuine. So, I then rang the number to sort out my appointment. Honestly, the surgery should probably give you a heads-up about this beforehand, but it turns out it’s all above board.

This number just sent me a message telling me to ring them to book an ultrasound. Funny thing is, my doc did say I need one, so either someone’s been snooping on my phone or this is legit. It’s just strange because I’ve never had an appointment organised like this via text before.

Got a phone call from someone mumbling about a referral and needing me to verify my info. When I asked them who had sent the referral and who exactly I was talking to, they refused to give me any info. I just calmly said, "thanks, cheers, bye" and ended the call. Pretty sure it was a scam.

I phoned this number earlier today. It rang through and connected fine. There was an automated voice system with options to wait. Eventually I got to talk with someone. They arranged an ultrasound appointment for me. The location they gave was Hull, not London like I expected. The person I spoke to said they’d report the suspicious info to their manager to look into it further.

did anyone else get a message from this number and then they just stopped replying? seems weird to me.

I rang the number and it really came across like a genuine NHS line, which was confusing. Not sure how they managed to find out which GP practice I'm with.

I received a legitimate call from Healthshare, which is responsible for managing NHS appointments. Recently, the NHS had to cancel one of my bookings, but Healthshare promptly arranged a new slot for me at a different clinic, and I went along without any issues. Everything went smoothly!

Got a text from Healthshare Diagnostics saying my GP asked them to set up an MRI scan for me. They want me to ring 0203 818 7777 so I can pick a time that works. It said not to reply to the message as it’s no-reply. Bit strange but I guess I’ll give them a call soon. Here’s their website if anyone wants to check it out: https://healthshare.org.uk/

Had a call come through on the 1st of July, 2023, from the Cambridge NHS. It seems to be a legitimate caller and it's all quite medical in nature. If you’ve got an ultrasound or any other tests lined up due to your doctor’s orders, they’re likely sending you to a clinic that the NHS has teamed up with. That clinic will then reach out to you to set up an appointment.

Received a call on 1st July 2023 from Cambridge NHS. It’s the real deal! This is related to medical matters. If your GP has set up an ultrasound or similar tests for you, they’re likely directing you to an external NHS-affiliated clinic. That clinic will then be in touch to provide you with your appointment details.
