I was charged £45 on my credit card for a CSCS card, and they promised it would arrive in 2-3 weeks. It’s now been over a month and I still haven’t got the card. I rang them multiple times and got different excuses - sometimes the card was lost in the post, other times it was supposedly on its way, and they said they'd phone back that afternoon but never did. I got suspicious and contacted the official CSCS organisation myself, who confirmed no card has been issued in my name. After speaking to my credit card provider, they reassured me they’d reverse the payment since it’s been more than 30 days and I never received the product. Seriously, steer clear of these people - they’re nothing but scammers.
