They’re mostly Asian and barely speak English properly. To everyone else who’s been bothered by them, keep calling and giving them hell like they did to us.11 yearsWhat a bunch of charlatans! They pulled the same stunt on me, pocketing exactly what they did previously. Everything about their operation - website, phone numbers - is a complete scam designed to ensnare unsuspecting individuals and snatch away their hard-earned cash. When I sought a refund, I was met with the ludicrous proposition of waiting a fortnight or removing any critical comments. Utterly disrespectful, arrogant individuals who seem to thrive on exploiting others because they lack the decency to earn a proper living. The repercussions of their wrongdoings will surely haunt them; no one can truly be content while causing distress to others. It’s the innocent who suffer the most, while these con artists think they're untouchable. But little do they realise, karma has a way of finding everyone in the end. Every moment spent deceiving others will weigh on their conscience, serving as a constant reminder of their malevolence.karma11 yearsEverything about them - their contact number, address, and names - is a complete sham. They’re definitely not based in the UK!UK11 years02038136191 are total con artists, they took £658 from me claiming I was approved for a £2000 loan. First they demanded £120 as a processing fee, then some woman named Alisha called and told me to send £249, then another £289, promising to refund everything including the £2000 loan. Of course, they never did. When I tried to cancel and get my cash back, they wanted another £200 to cancel it. I've been ringing them non-stop but they keep asking for more money. If this company has scammed you, don't give up, keep calling until you get your money back.Alisha11 yearsI reached out to them once more today, and I must say, the level of rudeness was astonishing. They accused me of abusing the bank and claimed I had committed fraud. Not only did they swipe my money, but they also had the audacity to demand I remove this blog before they'd even consider giving me back what’s rightfully mine. What a cheek! I'm absolutely convinced they're keeping tabs on these comments. To the woman and the chap I spoke to earlier, let me be clear: your actions have consequences. You’re profiting off the hard work of unsuspecting individuals, and trust me, that kind of karma isn't something you can escape. Your families are entangled in this mess too, and I sincerely hope they remain blissfully unaware of the path you’ve chosen. If you’ve any decency left, I challenge you to put in the effort like the rest of us do. There will come a day when you’ll reflect on this misdeed, especially on your last day. I hope my words haunt you, a constant reminder of your disgraceful choices. - caller: 020 3813 619111 yearsThis firm is a total rip off. At first, they promised cheap loans then started talking about loan charges. When I said I wasn’t paying their £249 tax fee and wanted my £110 back that I already paid, they said no can do. I asked for their full company name and address and they refused to give it. I’ve now sent the details to the police.11 yearsI’ve had a rather shocking experience myself-a total loss of £658! The very next day, they were on the phone demanding another £200. I requested a cancellation and a refund, only to be told there’s a cancellation charge of £120. I suggested they deduct it from my refund, but they flat-out refused. They insisted I either wait a fortnight or fork out £120 to reclaim my own money! The fellow I dealt with was Tony Suleman; the customer service was abysmal-his English barely passed muster. I even communicated with them in Hindi, but the rudeness was off the charts! I’ve reported it all to the police, armed with every detail I could muster. I’ve got no money left now, she took £680 from me claiming it was for processing and upfront fees for the loan but I got nothing in return! The number she used was 020 813 6193.Alisha11 yearsComplete rip off! They’ve ripped me off badly, took payments and asked me to send money via Western Union which can’t be tracked at all. Now they say I won’t get a penny back and no loan is showing on my account. The people are really impolite. I’m 8 and a half months pregnant and they’ve emptied my bank account. I’m gonna be without power and can’t even afford food because of this lot. Absolutely disgustin, don’t get caught by this scam!Western Union11 yearsI recently received a call on my mobile, 07717531777, from a firm purporting to be from homeowner loans. They offered me a loan of £3,000 to be repaid over three years. However, they then demanded a £180 processing fee, assuring me the money would be transferred quickly. After that, when I followed up, they requested an additional £300, which I regretfully provided, under the promise that the loan would appear in my account imminently. As it stands, I've heard nothing since. Each time I attempted to get in touch, I was met with evasive responses before they hung up on me. It appears this is nothing but a scam, and I believe it warrants urgent investigation. The caller identified herself as Alisha, claiming to represent a home improvements company.Alisha11 yearsI received a rather dubious call from a so-called firm by the name of Home Improvement Loans, featuring conversations with a woman named Alisha and a chap named Robert Dunn. On the morning of Monday, 5th January, around half-past nine, my mobile rang. It was them, announcing that I was approved for a loan of £3,000. They got in touch again on the 6th of January at about 5:30 PM, still pushing the same thing. They said I had to pay an initial sum of £130 for the first month's security, followed by an additional £249 for a tax charge - which of course they assured me would be refunded alongside the loan amount. After transferring these payments, I saw no sign of the funds they promised. Then they resurfaced with another demand for £199, claiming it was for transaction fees, and even attempted to convince me they were legitimate by sending a small test payment of £202 to my account. It seemed rather credible, but yet again, no loan materialised. When I tried to follow up, I kept getting the runaround. They said if I hadn’t received the loan by the end of the day, I should ring back on Tuesday morning, only to find nothing had changed. Ultimately, they informed me that because the loan was an unusual sum of £3,448, I needed to fork out an additional £152 to round it up to £3,600. At that point, I had enough; I flatly refused to pay any more. They had already drained my funds and swiftly cut the call when I mentioned wanting a refund. Feel free to jot down this bank info they provided me: Sort Code: 60 60 06 Account Number: 46163816 Payments that came through my account appeared from individuals named M Billal and Mizum for amounts of £202 and £242, but the promised refund or loan never came through. They pushed me to transfer these sums, allegedly as tests, back to the same account. Their base appears to be in London, and they reached me through 020 3813 6191. I’m truly at a loss now, as my bank account is left empty. The other number that’s been used to contact me is 020 3289 5238. After doing a bit of digging, I discovered that many others have been scammed by this supposed company, which was initially trumpeting refund claims for clients who’ve suffered similar fates. Unfortunately, my attempts to access their website, homeimprovementloans.org.uk, yielded nothing, solidifying my fear that I’d been duped alongside a whole host of others. It's imperative that these fraudsters are put in check, as they’re wreaking havoc on innocent folks across the UK. Is there, perchance, a chance I might retrieve my lost funds? I've been left in a dire situation, unable to provide for my child or settle any bills due to this grim affair. Do feel free to reach out to me, Alan Petch, at 07717531777.
