Got a call about an hour ago from a woman who seemed really pleasant but had a noticeable foreign accent. She was trying to see if I'd be up for some kind of insurance. The connection was awful though - kept going all echoey and crackly, then almost faded out completely. It reminded me of two other calls I got yesterday, different numbers but similar voices. One was about fitting a smart meter, and later someone else called about Sky TV. Bit odd, to say the least!
