Had a really weird phone call where about three folks were all talking at once, asking about any repairs that still needed doing. They mentioned they worked with every council, then just ended the call abruptly.

This person called claiming to be from some "Council repair team", but when I asked which council, she just said "all of them" like it was nothing. Then she made up this ridiculous name, "Bodge It County Council" and expected me to believe it! I had a bit of fun and told her my "security tracking software" was actually a saviour based in India. Suddenly, she went dead silent and hung up. Haha, what a scammer! Such a joke.

Had another dodgy call today, supposedly from the local council. My husband answered it but what really freaked me out was that they didn’t just know my name, they even had our address!
