I've been receiving constant calls from the number 02038122724. Initially, there's a pre-recorded message claiming that my information has been linked to some sort of criminal activity. It urges me to press 1 if I wish to speak to a so-called officer from the Fraud Department, warning that my possessions could be confiscated if I don’t comply, along with unspecified "consequences." When I pressed 1, a chap with a pronounced Indian accent rattled off the same ominous message. These calls have become quite frequent lately. Interestingly, I’ve noticed that a similar call comes from an Afghan number, +937061452431, with the identical alarming spiel delivered by another individual with a notably strong Indian accent. It’s all rather suspicious, to say the least!
