Someone rang me saying they were from BT, mentioning my broadband wasn’t working right after some supposed tests. They kept asking if I was the ‘internet account holder’ and then just dropped the call when I asked why they needed to know that. Feels like a scam to me. Best not to share any details with calls like these.
