So someone rang our business line asking for info about a client we don’t even have and some planning permission for a supposed project - something about 77 houses in a tiny village here in Scotland. We keep tight tabs on every bit of work that goes through our firm, so that story was a total red flag. No idea what they hoped to get from this, but it definitely felt like some kind of scam or dodgy tactic. Quite puzzled about what their real aim was though.
