I didn’t ring since it felt dodgy, so I pressed control, alt and delete and switched it off. When I turned it back on, all was back to normal.

I was on my computer when a pop-up appeared warning me that my computer was at risk and had been locked. It urgently told me to call this number to speak to one of their tech experts. I didn’t ring the number because I’m pretty sure it’s a complete scam.
