Somebody claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse called saying there was a special deal on, and they wanted to know what phone i have right now. But when i wanted to know where they got my number from, they just ended the call straight away.

Not sure what's going on, but I got a call with loads of background noise and then it just dropped. Also rang back by 02039051931 and the same weird background sounds. Seems like I’ve been getting loads of calls from numbers starting with 0203. Tried searching all over the net but not one site comes up with anything apart from saying it's a London number. Honestly, no app or service I’ve tried has been any use at all.
