Sounds like one of those dodgy energy company scams, very pushy trying to get you to switch.

Got a spam call from a dodgy call centre, probably not even in the UK. I told them to stop but they just kept going and ended up calling me some nasty names. I’ve blocked the number now, but they really should be reported to Ofcom and have that number blacklisted.

They kept ringing me about some energy deal, even after I told them I wasn’t interested. Proper annoying how they just wouldn’t take no for an answer. Total waste of time.

This is 100% a scam, don't fall for it.

I phoned a business and started by checking how they were doing. When I asked to talk to the owner, they asked who was calling. Once I said it was about marketing, they told me they weren’t interested at all.

Somebody rang saying they were from the “British Power” electric company but before i could hand the phone over to my boss, they just ended the call.

I've been getting loads of calls from London numbers recently, but I don't know anyone from there. The few times I've picked up, the calls felt sketchy and a bit dodgy, so now I just don't answer them and make sure to block and report them straight away.
