Got a call from some bloke claiming to be from a Forex firm. At first, he was quite polite, but as soon as I told him I wasn't into gambling, he started poking and pushing to get me on board, which just wasn't gonna happen. After a while, his mood flipped, and he started shouting some mad stuff down the line before slamming the phone down. Couldn't catch what he said, but seemed like he was just lashing out ‘cause I shut down his scam attempt. Funny thing is, I had him on speaker, so his tantrum was all audible!

Got a call from a robotic bloke claiming it was HMRC saying there’d been an arrest warrant out for me over tax dodging. Said it happened exactly at 11:43am on the 22nd of March 2019. Seemed fishy to me!

I saw I had a missed call and when I checked the voicemail, someone said they were from HMRC saying I hadn't submitted my tax return, but I’m sure I already did. They even warned about legal action. I checked some similar numbers and found loads of fake HMRC calls. I really wouldn’t trust this number.

Got a call from hmre saying I owed tax money and there’s a warrant out for me. I’m on PAYE, so that makes no sense. It was some robotic voice too, definitely a scam, don’t fall for it.

I received a call with a robotic voicemail, just like the usual ones. I accidentally called back while trying to hear the message properly, so I quickly ended the call. Soon after, the same number, 03002003887, rang me three times straight. A bloke claiming to be Officer James told me there was a criminal lawsuit about tax fraud against me. I just replied with, “No way,” and he instantly cut off. I’ve reported both these numbers to the real HMRC now.

I got a call off 02038076317 saying it was HMRC, but it's just nonsense. Don't believe them and make sure you report it to the genuine HMRC instead.
