I keep getting calls on my husband's mobile from this number, and it’s becoming a right nuisance every few weeks. We've told them time and again that he’s not interested in whatever nonsense they’re peddling and that his number should be taken off their list, but they just won’t listen. To make matters worse, they keep badgering him about his investments and are rather unpleasant about it too. What's alarming is that most of the callers seem to have Eastern European accents. It's clear they're up to no good-definite scammers! Best to steer well clear and not engage with them at all!

I just rang, let it go to voicemail, and they left a message. When I played it back, it sounded like some call centre with loads of background chatter and people chuckling (definitely meant to be like that). Really clueless and disrespectful.

Today, I received a rather suspicious phone call from a gentleman who had a distinct Eastern European lilt to his voice. He was pushing the idea of jumping into online trading and went on to chat about dropshipping - claiming it was a golden opportunity for sizeable profits with barely any upfront cost. Honestly, it felt like a classic scam, tailor-made to part you from your hard-earned cash while frittering away your precious time. Beware folks, it’s a dodgy ploy!

Like others said in the comments, this call is a fake from the HMRC. I'd suggest reporting it to their phishing department. I’ve just reported it myself.

It seems that these rogues are using these phone numbers to swindle people out of their money. Definitely best to steer clear of any dealings with them!

got a call from some money company wanting to speak to my missus, i told them nicely im not interested, especially since they didnt even know her name. hung up straight away. then they rang me back 3 times from different numbers, shouting loads of rubbish at me saying my wife was with her boyfriend and calling me pathetic for letting her go with someone else. total waste of time, couldnt even give them a piece of my mind as i was stuck in the middle of my work office.
