I had a call from this number too, and when I listened to the voicemail, my heart seriously started racing. I quickly looked up the number online and thankfully found out it’s a scam. It’s really frightening stuff. I just wish there was some way to report these people so they can be stopped and brought to justice.

Got a robo-call supposedly from the HMRC legal team claiming I was involved in some kind of legal mess and that my home was being watched. They told me to ring them back or face prosecution. I just hung up and ignored it. If HMRC needs to get in touch, they’d do it by letter, not some scary automated message. Whoever is behind this scam call operation really deserves to be caught and locked away for good.
