I’ve received this message a few times now. It claims there’s a lawsuit against me and that my home is being watched, warning that not returning the call could lead to legal trouble... I was away overseas for a couple of months, and when I came back, this was the very first notification on my phone - honestly, it freaked me out a bit! But since it never mentions my name, it really feels like some kind of hoax.

I've received this automated call from 02038074219 three times on my phone now. Every time I block the number, it pops up again with a different one. It’s honestly quite creepy and makes me feel uneasy. I’m aware not to ring them back, but I guess some might not be so cautious. Feels like some kind of new scam that should be stopped quickly! Does anyone know where we can report this?

We got a robo call saying our home was being watched or something, which really freaked out our 14 year old lad. Reading the earlier replies put my mind at ease, so cheers for that. He’s gonna sleep a bit easier tonight for sure. Blocked the number straight away.

Got a voicemail on my landline, which I rarely use, claiming my house is being watched and threatening legal action if I didn’t ring back. The number's unlisted, so the only ones who should have it are BT and the NHS. Looks like one of them might be passing on our details to these scammers. Proper worrying stuff.
