I received yet another call from this lot today, claiming that the warranty on my washing machine had expired and that I needed to renew it through them. The thing is, my washing machine is barely nine months old! I mentioned this to the caller and asked him to remove my number from their list. He was incredibly disrespectful and simply ended the call without any further conversation.

I received a call from a woman with a British accent using this number, inquiring about someone who doesn't reside here. I informed her that she'd likely dialled the wrong number and inquired about how she obtained it, as we've been inundated with calls from this lot. She was rather evasive and wouldn’t divulge her source but assured me that she'd remove our number from their records. Clearly, that was a hollow promise, as the calls have continued unabated.

Someone named Tracey gave me a ring. She knew my name right but had an address I left ages ago. She said the warranty on my washing machine had expired. Why do these lot keep calling about washing machines? This is like the fifth time now, from different numbers, asking how my washing machine's doing. Feels like they're after selling dodgy warranties and just wanting your bank info. Pretty clear they’re using ancient lists since I moved a decade back. M

Might be the same firm ringing from different numbers, but the bloke claimed its his first time calling. I reckon since we moved last year, they got our old number mixed up with someone else's they keep wanting. This is now the 21st number I’ve had to block.

Upon picking up the call, there was a slight delay before I heard a woman's voice say, "Hello there..." accompanied by the distant hum of a call centre in operation. Then, just like that, silence. Having perused the comments on this site, I’ve decided to block this number for good.

Today, a chap named Jack rang up hoping to chat with my mum. I informed him she was busy and offered my assistance, but he just hung up without another word. Lately, I've been inundated with similar calls. It feels like they’re specifically going after the elderly and those who might be more easily influenced. I have a hunch this one was about some sort of warranty renewal as well.

Got a call from a woman at about 12:05pm saying my fridge freezer warranty was about to expire and she could extend it till 2018. I told her I wasn't aware of any warranty and that it's an old appliance anyway. She kept going on about extending to 2018 but it sounded dodgy, so I ended the call.

I just had a rather dodgy call from someone named Emily claiming to be from Warranty Support. She informed me that the warranty on my fridge and freezer has expired today, but then abruptly the call dropped. Hello there, I had a peculiar call earlier on. A chap named William reached out to my mum, claiming that our fridge freezer warranty was about to expire today and he offered to extend it. Curiosity got the better of me, so I grabbed the phone and inquired about which appliance he was on about. To my surprise, he mentioned a Beko, which threw me a bit as it’s not in our possession any longer. Just as I thought that was the end, he proceeded to ask if we owned a CO2 monitor or perhaps a pendant alarm. When I confirmed that we did, he hung up abruptly! Quite an odd exchange, I must say.

I received a telephone call earlier today from a woman who informed me that the warranty on my fridge/freezer had expired and offered to extend it. I told her that I needed to consult with my husband first. She mentioned a monthly fee of £8.99, or I could opt for an annual payment of £99. I received a call earlier today concerning a warranty, but I’m having a hard time recalling if it was for a fridge-freezer combo or two separate appliances. When I inquired about the duration of the warranty, the lady informed me it was five years, with the option to extend it to ten. It left me a bit baffled because she knew my name, yet these appliances were left behind by the former homeowner when I moved in. It’s all a tad perplexing, isn't it? Is she some kind of mind reader, or does she think I’m a bit thick?

The person called me using my name as soon as I picked up. They claimed my fridge freezer warranty had expired. Kinda feels like a classic British scam, not just some Indian thing. It’s the same old tale about warranty and guarantees. They ring you up for a renewal and as soon as you pay over the phone, your bank balance is wiped out in moments. I don’t get it, where are the cops? How come these fraudsters use the same number for years, cheating folks out of their money? Seriously, pathetic state of affairs in the UK!

Earlier today at around 10:54 am, my wife received a rather suspicious call informing her that the warranty on our fridge and freezer had lapsed, and they were keen to organise a renewal. It’s quite odd, given that these appliances were purchased from different retailers years back and aren’t even from the same brand. When she probed further, the caller was totally clueless about the make of our appliances. I reckon this is a SCAM! Best to steer clear and refrain from divulging any personal details to such callers.

Just received a call this morning regarding my washing machine; it was around 8 am and I was barely awake, still in a bit of a daze. They managed to get my name and postcode right but completely muddled up the brand of my appliance. They mentioned Beko, which is not correct at all. When I informed them of the actual model, the bloke simply said thank you and disconnected the call. The number was withheld, of course. Then, this evening, another call came in from 02038073972, claiming my washing machine's annual warranty had expired. I assured them it definitely hadn't!
