Received a call claiming they'd cut off our BT internet and landline if we didn't pay up. Definitely be cautious with these calls!

Somebody called my job and asked for the manager but wouldn't tell me what it was about when I tried to get info. They just kept insisting on speaking to the manager, so I ended the call. Then they called back and repeated the same thing. When I said I wasn’t sharing any details unless they explained the reason, the bloke started swearing at me, calling me a really nasty name, so I ended the call straight away.
