Who was it that just rang me? They gave me a call but didn’t utter a single word.

I keep receiving calls from this number, but whenever I try to get back to them, it’s perpetually engaged. It gives off the impression of a robotic calling system that seems to permit outgoing calls only, which is rather infuriating. I do think the authorities ought to take control and banish these sorts of calling services altogether!
