I received a call from someone who seemed quite eager to discuss a SIM card. When I mentioned that I was already tied to a contract and wasn't keen on switching, they insisted on probing further. I clarified that I wasn’t with Virgin, but the fellow persisted. To my bewilderment, they then requested my Snapchat ID. At this stage, I was completely taken aback! The call ended with them declaring, “we’re mates now” before hanging up and I promptly blocked their number. What a strange encounter!

A chap claiming to be with Promotions at EE contacted me, and when I mentioned that I couldn't share my email address at the moment, he seemed rather put out.

I keep getting these relentless calls that interrupt my conversations. Just the other day, I had to cut off a call I was already engaged in! The person on the line claimed to be from EE, but when I mentioned that I wasn't a customer of theirs, they suddenly switched and started insisting they were representing Vodafone. Quite the dodgy tactic, if you ask me! I've had enough and blocked the number. Total scammers, without a doubt!
