Linked to money frauds. If you’ve fallen victim to Forex or Crypto cons before, these folks say they can get your lost cash back. They even knew my name, probably from the original scam data. The woman who called didn’t sound like a proper representative. When I asked, she said she was a "Financial Controller" but didn’t mention which company she was working for. I just played dumb and said I had no idea what she was on about, and she eventually gave up.

GOT A CALL TODAY, 21st MARCH 2024
SOMEONE NAMED LOUISE CLAPPAS CLAIMED TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH A CRYPTOCURRENCY COMPANY, COIN BASE. THEY WERE ATTEMPTING TO ASSIST ME IN RECOVERING MY LOST FUNDS. THIS IS JUST ONE OF MULTIPLE CALLS I’VE RECEIVED OVER TIME. I’VE DECIDED TO BLOCK THEM.

I got a call saying I supposedly had cash waiting, but they wanted me to send over some ID to confirm. I just decided to give it a miss and not respond.
