2 yearsThis number called me claiming to be with Microsoft. I ended the call straight away, but then he phoned back from a different number, 01621335253, asking why I'd disconnected. I didn’t answer, but he kept going on, getting annoyed and saying stuff like he could hear me breathing. Then he started threatening to disconnect my phone line and lock up my computer. Totally a dodgy scam, no doubt about it. Best to just ignore it and not bother with him.Microsoft10 yearsI can relate to what you've gone through, and I’ve taken the step of flagging them to the authorities as well, specifically the Police and Action Fraud. If you don’t mind me asking, are there any additional claims you think I could raise against them besides just my bank? It’s truly disheartening that these crooks are targeting individuals who are already facing financial difficulties. Absolute scoundrels, I say!Police and Action Fraud10 yearsI've had a similar experience... I've informed the authorities!10 yearsI’ve been getting calls from them incessantly-about ten times a day, if not more! It’s becoming quite tiresome, to say the least.10 yearsI've had my fair share of run-ins with them. They granted me a loan, but then hit me with a charge of £150, which they insisted I would have to settle in a mere thirty minutes. Shortly after, they rang me up demanding an additional £300. Now, I'm left in a bit of a pickle, worrying that if I don't repay that initial £150, I might end up in a right mess with the police. It's all a dodgy game, really.10 yearsI received a call concerning someone named Lone, but before we could discuss anything further, they insisted we pay £150 through PayPoint. We're completely baffled as to why that would be necessary.Lone10 yearsWe've been getting persistent missed calls from this number, and we reckon there's something dodgy about those behind it-definitely seems like a scam operation to us.11 yearsWe tried ringing them again, but they didn't pick up and didn't bother to identify the company. Definitely feels like a scam to me!Submit Your Own Report (020 3807 0538)
