They used the excuse of bad weather storms in the UK, saying it was important to have the aerial safeguarded. When my sister tried to get a refund, the company made it really hard. I have power of attorney for finances and have reported it as a scam to the bank. I also contacted the firm, and they promised to send me a cancellation form - but nothing has come through yet!
