Yesterday around 4:25pm, I answered a call from this number. I said hi and all I got was dead silence for a bit, then some weird low noise before they just hung up. Pretty sure this is a scam. I got a very similar call on 11th June this year, but the final three digits were 427 instead of 048. Both seem to be linked to DIDWW Ireland. I've blocked them now.
