I had an encounter with someone who claimed to be from a government agency, supposedly there to assist tenants with issues like mould and various repairs. Oddly enough, the person had a distinctly American accent. When I pressed them on which company they represented, they were completely vague and couldn’t provide a name. I can’t shake the feeling that this is a clever new scam.
