Some dodgy American sounding robot kept repeating in a stiff voice, "We've sent a letter from HMRC but it was returned. Legal steps will follow. Press '1' to speak to an advisor." TOTAL SCAM!! I have zero reason to get any letter from HMRC anyway. I even heard on BBC Radio 4 about these scams where they try to scare you into paying to avoid fake legal trouble!!
