I received a call today from a rather busy and raucous call centre, the caller, with an Asian accent, claimed to be from Openreach, stating they were working on my internet and that I had to verify some details with them. I asked her how she manages to rest at night when she spends her days deceiving innocent folks. She promptly hung up on me! I can't fathom why she would do that; it was a perfectly valid question. I've since blocked the number.
