I've nearly reached my wits' end with this so-called company. It's absolutely appalling-something really ought to be done about them. They keep ringing me at all hours, and when I pick up, there’s just silence on the other end. I’ve answered a couple of times, only to firmly say I’m not interested in their survey (which begins with confirming my address and postcode), and they just hang up on me without a word. Such disrespectful, intrusive antics! It’s about time someone put an end to this nonsense.

I received a call purporting to be part of a survey, but the caller couldn’t provide any information on who they represented or their right to ask such intrusive questions. They asked for a name that has come up repeatedly over the past seven years in connection with debt collectors pursuing this individual, and they had the postcode all wrong as well. The moment I brought up the Telephone Preference Service, they hung up immediately. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

I receive calls from this company on a daily basis, usually on weekdays. They seem to be searching for a Mr Moores, who, I can assure you, does not reside at my address. Whenever I request them to take my number off their list, they simply disconnect the call without a word. Quite frustrating, to say the least!
