I've encountered some dodgy characters posing as EE network representatives, attempting to lure me into signing a contract for a phone under the guise of gifting me a free iPad or tablet, simply because I've been a long-standing customer. They even had the cheek to send an email suggesting I update my EE ID password. Thankfully, I caught on before it was too late! I promptly rang EE, got their shoddy order cancelled and reset my password. Quite the close call, I must say!
