Dont know who it is but they keep ringing then hanging up, it’s happening on my voip desk phone as well. Both phones are pay as you go so i think it might be one of those call-back scams, though not sure if they could actually tell that. Pretty weird either way.

I got a recorded phone call, said something about legal troubles and cancelling my national insurance number! They want you to ring them back on some expensive premium line. Seems dodgy and probably a scam.
