I received a call from someone with a noticeable Asian accent, speaking English rather poorly. There were children chattering away in the background, which made the whole thing even more distracting. The caller claimed to be from Openreach and insisted that there was an issue with our internet connection. I wasn't having any of it and promptly told him where to stick it!
