Claiming to be 'your energy consultant', this chap completely brushed aside my efforts to engage in conversation. He rammed on about loft insulation and its links to mould, completely sticking to his script. In the end, I found myself having to hang up because it became clear he wasn’t paying any attention to what I was saying.
