They call pretending to be from HM Revenue and Customs. At first, an automated message plays saying you've had multiple letters sent and because you haven't replied, you'll be fined. It then says if you want to speak to someone, press one. When I did, a woman came on the line, and I asked what it was about. She then started asking for my personal details and full name, which seemed fishy. I asked for her last name, but she refused to give it to me. This scam is really well played. Watch out for these calls!!!
