Got a call from this number saying they were from BT. A lady on the line asked if she was speaking to me and said she wanted to tell me about some "updates". I found it a bit odd straight away - like, what updates exactly? Also, wouldn't BT normally send letters or emails about stuff like that instead of calling early Monday morning from some hectic call centre? Still, I'm open to being mistaken.
