Oh, total phishing attempt. They had my name, so I’m guessing I’m on some dodgy shared list. The caller said they were from “District Repairs” and asked if I’d reported a problem with a repair not long ago. Kept calling me “Ma’am,” which was a dead giveaway they weren't from the UK at all 😂. Happens all the time, really annoying.
