9 yearsReally pushy and kept saying Microsoft and Windows were gonna "throw off" my computer. I was stuck on the phone with them for a good couple of hours before they managed to install some dodgy software that I ended up paying for. Took my PC to a proper repair shop to get rid of their nonsense. They've called back today, trying the same tricks, but I wasn’t falling for it again. Fair dinkum, once bitten twice shy.
