This firm is clearly going against the EU GDPR regulations that safeguard personal info - they should tell you exactly what info they have on you (like your name and phone number) and where they got it from. The UK branch of the Philippines-based 'Beneficial' is actually Teleoutsourcing, which is on the verge of being removed from the register and isn’t properly authorised to handle personal data. Honestly, this company should just be shut down.
