I got a call from someone who kept pushing me to share details about my home life. I told them I wasn't up for answering anything, and they said that’s alright, but then carried on asking anyway. Supposedly got a call from someone claiming to be HMRC threatening arrest - exactly the kind of message loads of people are getting. Total scam and spam nonsense. It was an automated message cos it went straight to my voicemail. They claimed to be from the UK tax office and said they're about to take me to court, but didn’t specify who. They wanted me to ring back quickly. Nope, not buying it. I work at the DWP and there’s no way HMRC messes about like this. Definitely a scam.

I've signed up my phone with TPS but they don't accept complaints unless you've been registered for more than 28 days. I honestly couldn't care less who's calling or what they're trying to sell me. If you get a call from a number you don’t recognise and they either hang up right away or just before you pick up, be careful.
