I received a call from this number and the person on the other end was quite dismissive, completely mispronouncing my name. When I inquired where he was getting my name from, and pointed out his difficulty with such a straightforward five-letter name, he abruptly hung up. Quite the epitome of ‘professionalism’, wouldn’t you say? This encounter says a lot about the organisation he’s associated with, reflecting poorly on their culture and standard of conduct. It's all rather disappointing, to be honest. I really do wish these callers would find something more productive to occupy their time instead of pestering others relentlessly. It’s all rather infuriating.
