It seems I've received a call from Now Broadband, supposedly to verify that I haven't overpaid. Funny thing is, I had just spoken to them moments ago regarding a different issue. During the call, I requested that they provide a written statement clarifying any possible overpayments since I’ve strictly adhered to my set direct debit payment. However, the chap on the phone stated they couldn’t do that, which led me to simply end the call. It all feels rather dodgy-definitely raising my suspicions of a scam!
