Quite an unpleasant woman. At first, I wasn’t sure what to make of her as she sounded like she was from some debt recovery firm. When she mentioned my partner owed money, I asked what debts exactly (I handle all the bills!), but she wasn’t able to explain. I was worried it might be identity theft. She kept claiming she was linked to the government but was really dodgy and unclear about details. When I requested written proof, she turned quite hostile. I didn’t give any details or confirm anything. Definitely a scam and phishing attempt. Watch out!
