Got a call from an Asian lady called Grace, chatting about cutting my appliance cover down to £5 a month. When she asked the brand of my telly, I told her if they’re lowering my premium, she should’ve already got all that info. That was the end of the conversation! Just another dodgy call from Magrathea Telecomms. for sure!
