I've had that number ring me multiple times today. A lady on the other end was chatting away in Russian, asking for my personal information. I chose not to respond and instead requested that she take my number off their list before hanging up.

Received a call claiming I'd won a lottery in America… The individual spoke in French while ringing from a UK number, discussing an American lottery through what seemed to be a Canadian office. Quite dodgy if you ask me!
