I received a call from this number, but as soon as I answered, they disconnected without a word. A little later, the same number tried reaching me again, and guess what? It hung up once more! Curious, I tried ringing them back, only to be told by my network provider that the number doesn’t exist. Definitely sounds a bit dodgy if you ask me!

I picked up but nobody was on the line. Then they called again using another number, played some music for a short while, and suddenly the call got disconnected.

Some bloke called me from what sounded like a dodgy overseas number, the line was crackling non-stop. He mentioned my name and said he was ringing on behalf of Global Pro. I’ve since blocked the number.

Got a call from a guy with a heavy foreign accent, the line was crackly and there was loud music playing behind him. He knew my surname and even my email, claimed I signed up for some online trading thing. I couldn’t really make out everything he was saying, so I just nicely told him I wasn’t interested and ended the call. Definitely seemed like a scam, since I don’t do any online trading stuff.

I had a run in with some bloke who called himself Alex Hayner but I reckon his real name is Akhamed Santel, he's based somewhere in New Delhi. Total scam! They tried to get me to send money through WhatsApp or Bitcoin, which is a massive red flag. Honestly, keep clear of these lads and make sure to alert your bank because they claim to be linked up with UK banks and others internationally. Don't fall for it!

Saw I had a missed call, rang back and a Russian woman answered telling me to hold on while she put me through to a manager or something. Then the line just went dead.

I answered the call and it seemed like I was the one making the call, but no one spoke on the other end.
