I received a call from someone claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse, luring me in with an offer on the new iPhone 13 at a price lower than my current plan. They took a £30 deposit, assuring me it would be refundable. They even followed up with an email detailing everything. However, I’ve yet to receive the phone, and perplexingly, there’s no way to reply to their email. Quite the dodgy situation if you ask me!
