Had a call from this bloke named Peter Kivi pushing some binary deal through IBR Broker. He was urging me to put money into their share plan. I did a bit of digging on their site and saw they’re supposedly a financial firm registered in Seychelles. Sounds really sketchy to me.

I answered a couple of times and it turned out they were trying to pitch some investment plans. I asked them nicely to just email me the details instead, spoke to a young woman who took my email but kept probing with loads of personal questions. It made me suspicious they might be fishing for info to commit identity theft or something dodgy, so I just ended the call. Ever since, they ring me at least three times every week. I just ignore that number now for good. From Nordie, Norway.

Got a call but it just hung up straight away, read through all the other comments too and seems like everyone else's had the same thing happen.

The caller hung up abruptly. They must either be one of the most atrocious telemarketers out there or someone with very little sense. Seriously, why on earth would I even bother answering? Absolute nincompoops!

As soon as I picked up, it went straight to an outgoing call, so I just ended it right away!

Got this weird automated American lady telling me to "hold the line to get through". After a few rings, the call just cut off. Been calling a couple of times daily and still the same. Surely this is against the TPS rules. I've flagged it up with Ofcom now.

Får samtal från detta nummer flera gånger om dagen, men jag svarar aldrig på nummer jag inte känner igen. Det är ganska frustrerande, vad kan man egentligen göra åt detta? Finns det något sätt att blockera dem?

Right after I picked up the phone, I just hung up straight away. Felt really dodgy, maybe one of those callback scams?

I answered the call, but they hung up instantly. Quite dodgy if you ask me...could be a scammer trying to fish for callbacks?

I keep getting calls from this number every couple of weeks or so. When I pick up, there’s usually a pause before someone responds - sometimes it’s a woman, other times a bloke - and they try to pitch binary trading stuff. Sounds like it’s some kind of auto-dialler doing the rounds. I’m thinking of hooking up our real call blocker again to stop these annoying calls in their tracks.

A bloke called me claiming I’d shown interest in some business thing. I told him straight up I wasn’t interested and asked him to take my number off his list. He kept trying to chat, but I just said, “No thanks, goodbye!” and ended it.
