We've now exited the country and sought refuge in the Republic of Abdunguango; rest assured, madame, no penalties shall be settled!

I received a call claiming I’d taken out some insurance for my fuse box. I informed the caller that the fuse box actually belongs to my housing association, but they just hung up on me. I’ve had a look at my bank statements, and there’s been no deduction made.

I got a call today from 02037698725 about my kitchen appliance insurance supposedly being overdue. They've rung me twice now. The first caller was quite rude, claiming I'd had this insurance for ages and even threatened that he could withdraw money straight from my bank. Weirdly, he mentioned a password that’s only been used since we got our puppy about a year ago. When I asked today’s caller when I last paid, they just hung up on me. Just a heads up to anyone else - watch out for these sorts of calls!

Beware of this dodgy phone call! They reached out to me claiming I had an unclaimed insurance policy and that they'd lower my rates for the next three years. The trouble is, I don’t even have any insurance with the company they mentioned. It’s clearly a scam - stay alert and don’t fall for it!

Got a call about some policy, but it was meant for someone who’s not even at this address. When I said they don’t live here, the person got kinda short with me.

I received a rather suspicious call from this number today; the caller was eager to discuss updating a home insurance policy that I don’t even possess. He was asking for £130! In the end, I just hung up on him.

They’ve rung us a few times already about insurance, saying we could save 40% since we haven’t claimed anything yet.

He claimed it was regarding some insurance matter, and oddly enough, he had my card details. When I mentioned I’d reach out to my bank, he insisted that I shouldn't bother, stating they would go ahead and take the money regardless. He was incredibly forceful in his approach.

I got a call from some guy asking about a TV insurance I supposedly took out. I told him I didn’t have any such thing, but he kept saying I had, and that it was paid for with a Royal Bank of Scotland card. I told him I don’t have one of those either. He kept going on about it being under my name and address, but then confused himself trying to say he wasn’t sure if it was a credit or debit card! Pure scam, no doubt. Hope no one gets tricked into handing over their card info to these lot.

total scam! I got a call saying my mum had some tv insurance up for renewal or something. when I said she never had any insurance with them, the guy tried to say she must have just forgot about it. I was proper annoyed and let him know exactly what I thought (not very polite, I admit). then he just ended the call.

My dad gets calls from this number every week, saying he's stopped a policy and owes a last payment. He's told them it's a scam and even reported the number, but the calls just keep coming. When I tried calling back, it just said the number wasn't in service. It's so annoying!

Today, I received a call from 02037698725. The chap on the other end claimed he had some information regarding my washing machine insurance. I politely informed him that I was already covered, but his tone quickly turned nasty. I had to hang up on him, yet he persistently kept ringing back. Even my husband had a word with him, but the calls just wouldn't stop. In the end, I decided to block that number. Honestly, these scammers are a real nuisance and shouldn't be allowed to operate like that at all. He was trying to squeeze £99 out of me!

Whenever I get calls from a 0203 769 xxxx number, I just don't answer. It’s always the same company ringing up, trying to trick me into thinking my warranty’s about to expire. I tried calling back once and realised there’s no point - you can’t even get through. Best to just let them ring off.

I got a ring from this number about my TV insurance needing to be renewed. Chatted to a bloke named Logan who told me it would cost £198 for three more years. He also mentioned he'd throw in an extra year free since I hadn't claimed anything yet.

02037698725 Watch out, this lot are a total scam. They keep dodging any proper company name and are hassling my 84-year-old mum, trying to get £60 off her to cancel some supposed nuisance call protection contract. They even threatened to nick £145 from her bank for supposed arrears going back three years or drag her to court. She was absolutely distraught, trembling and crying. I answered the phone next and after they started being rude to me, I let them have it with some choice Anglo-Saxon language and told them exactly where to go.

This number rang me up claiming my white goods insurance needed renewing and that I’d supposedly cancelled my cover, causing me to be charged double. They insisted I’d signed some papers back in 2018 to confirm this. I asked them to send me the documents in the post for proof, but they wouldn’t back down. Suddenly, they said they were going to take the money straight from my bank and pressed some button - then the call just cut off.

I never got the company name, but the guy said his name was Henry. He was going on about some insurance for our tv. First, he asked for £60, then when I said I wanted to cancel, he bumped it up to £104. When I still refused to pay, he claimed it was over £300 because I supposedly said on a recorded call that I wouldn't pay. I asked him to send something in writing to prove it, and then he just hung up on me.

The individual who rang claimed they were enquiring about a policy that my spouse supposedly arranged for a Panasonic television back in January 2019. However, when I clarified that we have never purchased any such policy for a television, he seemed quite adamant and disagreed with my assertion. We later reviewed our bank statements from that period, and it turns out there were no deductions made for the stated amount or the mentioned company. I genuinely believe this caller poses a significant risk and should be considered HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS.

I received a call from a firm named Cover Time Direct, claiming to discuss a £99 policy that my husband supposedly purchased back in January 2019, linked to a Panasonic television. The thing is, we’ve never signed up for any sort of policy on any television. I even took the time to comb through our bank statements from that period, and there’s definitely no trace of such a transaction. Honestly, I reckon this company deserves to be flagged as HIGHLY SUSPECT.

What a despicable bunch of rogues! They've targeted my poor mother, trying to pull a fast one by claiming she’s in debt for an insurance policy on a device she's never even owned. I never got the name of the firm, but the guy called about a five-year TV insurance policy, trying to get hold of my mum. He even knew the brand, which was bought from some catalogue. He told me it was a five-year cover and that there were still three years left to pay, or I could pay a fee to cancel. When I told him he sounded like a scammer, he turned aggressive and started threatening with court. Be careful if you get a call from this number!

I recently had an encounter with Cover Team Direct regarding my TV coverage. The lady on the phone had such a condescending tone, it was almost laughable! She was pushing for me to renew my cover for the television, aerial, and all those viewing gadgets at a discounted rate because, apparently, I hadn’t made any claims this year. When I told her I didn’t recall ever hearing of them before or that I wouldn’t have opted for such cover, she suggested I must’ve simply forgotten, even going as far as mentioning a payment from my RBS card. I clearly expressed my lack of interest, and you wouldn’t believe it - she then chastised me for ‘wasting her time’. How rude! Just a word of caution to others - watch out for this lot!
