It was definitely a scam. I picked up thinking it was a call from London, but the woman actually knew my first name and asked if I was so-and-so. I didn’t answer straight away, then she started asking who I was. She claimed to be from Cambridgeshire County Council and said she was gathering info about the local area. When she asked if she could go through a few questions, I just ended the call. Blocked the number and reported it as a scam right away.
