I got a call from a guy with an Asian accent claiming to be from "Microsoft." He said he needed me to confirm my computer ID to prove he was legit, warning that my device had been hacked and was being used for awful stuff like child porn. When I questioned him, he started sounding really aggressive and said he'd block me from using my computer and connected devices. I've dealt with loads of scams like this before. It's exhausting and frustrating because they just keep coming back again and again.

Some bloke claiming to be from "Microsoft" tried to get me to confirm my PC's ID, saying it was hacked and being used for dodgy stuff like child abuse images. When I told him I wasn’t buying it, he started sounding all menacing, threatening to block me from using my computer and related devices! I’ve had loads of scam calls like this before - it’s so frustrating how persistent they are. Really gets on my nerves.
